Addiriyyah Historic District Master Plan was developed by bblur architecture and Happold Consulting. The master plan included a business area, housing district and a new city plan to list this region as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All these elements considered transport,  attractions, open spaces, services and appropriate building typologies for the future character of the area and to comply with the overall city planning priorities and requirements.
